Resort Rules & Policies
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Children: Children must be supervised at all times.
Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for the behavior and actions of all their visitors.
Monthly Rates: Monthly rates may vary due to seasonal fluctuations. These rates are non-refundable after check-in.
Late Payments: A $25 late fee will be applied per day for payments received after the due date.
Right to Refuse Service: Color Canyon RV Resort reserves the right to refuse service or to evict any guest at its discretion.
Pets & Cleanliness: Guests must clean up after their pets and maintain a clean site. A $25 fee will be charged for each pet-related incident.
Pet Policy: A maximum of two (2) dogs per site is allowed.
Restricted Breeds: The following dog breeds are not permitted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pinschers, and Chows.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
Off-Road Vehicles: Entry and exit from the park using ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, or other off-road vehicles is allowed. However, joy riding within the park is strictly prohibited.
Parking: Parking in vacant sites or on the roadway is not allowed.
Generators: Generator use is not allowed at any time.
Clotheslines: Clotheslines are not permitted.
Site Access: Entering or occupying sites other than your assigned space without permission is prohibited.
Vehicle Limit: Each site includes space for one (1) vehicle. A second vehicle may be permitted if it fits entirely within your site. A third vehicle requires management approval.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for securing their own personal property.
Alcohol: Alcohol may be consumed only within the boundaries of your assigned site.
No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full rate of one night's stay, based on site size.
Behavior Policy: The resort reserves the right to require any guest to leave — without refund — for disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior.
Music: Music must be kept at a volume that cannot be heard outside of your assigned space.
Fires: Campfires are strictly prohibited. Only gas fire pits are allowed.
